The Antonopoulos Group's Experience Old Montreal website is about get a big update. The hospitality group that exclusively operates in the city's historic district plans to open Hotel William Gray this summer at 421 Saint-Vincent, in a property the family-run company owns. This announcement discloses that the hotel "will offer more than 10,000 square feet of event space; a 180-seat restaurant; a rooftop terrace; a luxury spa with an outdoor pool; a boutique; a cafe" and "a new glass tower sitting atop two historic buildings: Maison Edward-William-Gray and Maison Cherrier."
The restaurant marks the ninth for the Antonopoulos Group in Old Montreal. Others include Bevo, Kyo, Suite 701, Taverne Gaspar, Méchant Boeuf, Modavie, Verses, and Vieux-Port Steakhouse. The company's hotels include the Place d'Armes, Nelligan, Petit Hotel, Auberge du Vieux-Port, and Lofts du Vieux-Port.
