mbtruffmenu.jpgThe Ritz-Carlton's Maison Boulud will host a special white truffle event on October 30 in conjunction with Piemonte wines and, presumably, with sommelière Isabel Bordeleau's involvement. And as of the first week of November, executive chef Riccardo Bertolino et al will whip up a seven course trifola d'Alba menu, twice a week, until the end of December. [EaterWire]
