The peripatetic minds over at SAT Foodlab, currently in Nouvelle-France mode, raise the bar on reinvention time and time again.
Next up for chefs Michelle Marek, Seth Gabrielse et al: a Nordic motif - complete with a terrace/yurt, furs, low tables and thematically consistent food and drink - which will run from the end of November until March.
The Nordic environs and menu will be open and available Tuesday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., as of November 28. Check out the menu.
