Fresh off a Restaurant of the Year nod for Eater Awards 2013 week, Pastaga is about to celebrate two years of service. And chef/partner Martin Juneau has big plans in store.
Firmly in the spirit of Royal Canadian Mondays - where chefs from all corners of the country have come to collaborate with Juneau and co., namely Jonathan Gushue, Jeremy Charles and Quang Dang - the likes of Alexandre Loiseau (Cocagne), Jonathan Rehayem-Lapierre (Laloux), John Winter Russell (recently of Van Horne), Patrice Demers (Patrice Pâtissier, recently of Les 400 Coups), and others will take their talents to the Little Italy restaurant's kitchen for one auspicious night.
The anniversary dinner will take place on Monday, December 16: 60 places, $60, 6 courses. Some have already expressed interest in the restaurant's chef's table.
