Le Richmond, set to open any day now, divulged a key member of its team yesterday. Chef Terence Sheppard has ten years of experience in Montreal restaurants, most notably at the likes of Cavalli, Med Grill, Barroco and Le Pois Penché, and will ultimately be responsible for Le Richmond's northern Italian-inspired, market cuisine menu.
The new Griffintown restaurant is part of Luc Laroche and Paul Soucie's Groupe Misto. Given the former's background as a Creative Director and design school alum, expectations are reasonably high décor-wise.
