SAT Foodlab's penchant for culinary R and D veers towards Nouvelle-France this month. Chefs Michelle Marek and Seth Gabrielse will play with native Québécois ingredients, as they do, but with some notable retro nods. As per the usual, Maude Rochette curates one of the more stellar wine programs in Montreal. Big up to that cocktail list too (see one Rhubarb Cobbler).
