A new Quebec City restaurant that apparently wants to position itself as a reliable dispenser of smoked meat is perpetrating a variety of sins with the Montreal export.
Like heaping it on top of spaghetti. And pairing it with a beer garnished with orange slices. And serving it - shudder - with a bowl of croutons and green peppers.
The horror.
