Good interview with Daniel Vézina the other day on the Radio-Canada show Plus on est de fous, plus on lit!. The chef-owner of Laurie-Raphaël, host of Les chefs! and author of L'atelier de Daniel Vézina: mes classiques préférés spoke about his first childhood books (Tintin and Astérix) and was honest enough to admit that he has yet to complete that most venerable encyclopedia of gastronomy, the Larousse Gastronomique. Oh and Éric-Emmanuel Schmitt's Oscar et la dame rose makes him cry. [Radio-Canada]
