Pastaga's sold-out second birthday bash went down yesterday. Chef-owner Martin Juneau and sous chef Frédérick Boucher shared the Little Italy, boulevard Saint-Laurent kitchen with a stellar lineup of fellow Montreal chefs.
In attendance: Jens Ruoff (Van Horne), John Winter Russell (recently of Van Horne), Jonathan Rehayem-Lapierre (Laloux), Alexandre Loiseau (Cocagne), Seth Gabrielse (SAT Foodlab) and Patrice Demers (Patrice Pâtissier, recently of Les 400 Coups). Each prepared one dish for the occasion.
