The L'Observatoire de la consommation responsable just went public with the results of a study on the consumption of foodstuffs et al from Quebec. The data is a boon for locavore advocates in Montreal: in toto, it shows that local consumption is more popular than ever in the province and, curiously, most notably among women between the ages of 45 and 64.
