SAINT-HENRI - The first brunch images have emerged from spalshy Saint-Henri newcomer Le H4C. @f_archambault shared some impressions of his meal this past Sunday. Dishes on offer included eggs bénédictine with smoked lard, mushrooms and courgettes, a gravlax plate, and blueberry pancakes. Suffice to say, the formerly fèves au lard-only blue-collar neighbourhood has not seen the likes of this kind of brunch.
DOWNTOWN - Rosalie celebrated the long weekend and end of summer with a prix fixe cocktail brunch. The supper club's regular nocturnal clientele came out in full force to sip mimosas on the restaurant's de la Montagne terrasse.
AHUNTSIC - Marc-André Royal's experiments with a $22 set menu brunch at his relatively new bakery La Bête à Pain seem to be going well - if the St-Urbain chef's tweets are any indication.
