Good news for customers of Lufa Farms: you can soon order pasta from Little Italy restaurant Impasto for your weekly grocery basket. Partners Michele Forgione and Stefano Faita first broke the news on January 7.
Faita reports that "Lufa is carrying 2 different shapes of short pasta. We will be shipping approximately 400 pounds per week...200 of each type." (This works out to about 360 bags of pasta, total, if the packages are broken up into increments of 500 grams.)
A Lufa spokesperson tells Eater Montreal that customers will likely be able to purchase Impasto pasta as of next week.
