patricemjb.jpgSommelière Marie-Josée Beaudoin and pastry chef Patrice Demers, both late of Les 400 Coups, are currently in New York City, presumably for pleasure but also to conduct a little culinary research in advance of the big Patrice Pâtissier ouverture in Little Burgundy. So far so good. After a blowout dinner at Del Posto, Demers declared 2013 James Beard award winner Brooks Headley his favourite pâtissier in the Big Apple. [Twitter]
