WESTMOUNT—In a matter of hours Stephen Leslie and Tavern on the Square play host to chefs from the likes of Mercuri, Lucille’s, Bishop & Bagg, Salle à Manger, Chez Victoire, CRémy Pâtisserie, as well as Marc-André Jetté, formerly of Les 400 Coups, for another collaborative Chef Squared dinner. The $75 prix fixe is sold out. Previous Chef Squared events have taken place at Mercuri and L'Orignal.
N.D.G.—Over on Monkland, Le Slang will hold a special cocktail event with veteran Montreal bartender Sam Dalcourt, now a Diageo Reserve Brand Ambassador. Dalcourt will pour drinks alongside Le Slang's noted cocktail man, Brynley Leach.
QUARTIER INTERNATIONAL—The W Montreal will unveil a new drinks program at Wunderbar and the Plateau Lounge from New York cocktail consultant par excellence Eben Klemm on Wednesday. Klemm, recently at Bowery hit Pearl & Ash, just opened King Bee, his first restaurant, in Manhattan.
