Martin Juneau, MTL Cuisine to Open Commerce Gastrobar in Old Montreal This Fall

The revamp of Bar & Boeuf at 500 McGill in Old Montreal will include a star Montreal chef.

Martin Juneau (Pastaga, Pub Sir Joseph, Monsieur Crémeux) and business partner Louis-Philippe Breton will collaborate with the MTL Cuisine restaurant group and media personality Benoît Gagnon on CommerceGB (Commerce Gastrobar). Adam Zaitouni (Grinder, Les Enfants Terribles) will serve as chef.

The new venture is slated to open sometime this fall.
