Crudessence inaugurates a new restaurant today at 66 Saint-Viateur Ouest, corner Clark. The space was home to the original La Panthère Verte, which left for larger digs down the street not long ago.

The third Crudessence will deliver the same array of organic, raw and plant-based dishes regular customers have come to know and love from the company: think dahl soup, noodle bowls, kale Caesar salad, quinoa makis, tempeh sandwiches, raw chocolate desserts and juices. And plenty of eggplant "bacon."

This was the scene at the launch party yesterday.

You can find the other two Crudessences Downtown on Mackay and on Rachel in the Plateau.

The new Saint-Viateur restaurant is open daily, as of today, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday and until 10:00 p.m. Thursday to Saturday. View the full menu here.
