We now know a bit more about the reboot of La Petite Ardoise.
The bistro staple in Mile End for well over three decades is in the throes of a concept flip, courtesy the reunited dynamic duo of chef Michel Ross and Zach Suhl.
The two gave Montreal Brunoise of course, the bygone Plateau gem on Saint-André which shut down in November 2007 after four and a half years.
Ross then went on to open Mas Cuisine to significant critical and public plaudits. The Verdun restaurant shuttered in May of 2013.
Ross and Suhl's hiatus now ends with Wilfrid sur Laurier, the new name of the rebranded Laurier restaurant. Stay tuned for more details.
