The fifth annual Eater Awards take place on Monday, November 17, with winners selected on both the local and U.S. national levels.

This is how it works: Eater editors have named nominees for each of five major categories. Eater readers will vote to narrow the nominees to three finalists. From those three finalists, the Eater editorial team will select a winner.

So far this week thousands of readers have voted in the Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, So Hot Right Now and Bartender of the Year polls.

Now five design-forward restaurants need your support.

With that, cast your vote below for Laurea, Lea, Maison June Rose, La Queue de Cheval, or Le Richmond.
