Have a Look at the Epic Menu From New Downtown Restaurant Balsam Inn

We recently wrote about the brand new spot from partners Alexandre Baldwin, Alexandre Wolosianski and Nicole Lemelin, the trio that gave Montreal Baldwin Barmacie, Dominion Square Tavern and Whisky Café.

Now we have a first look at the brasserie-like menu from chef Éric Dupuis. The menu that will make good use of the space's old cast-iron oven.
