Foursome, the Montreal company behind "full-service restaurant concepts" in Laval and the West Island like Enoteca Mozza Pizzeria Moderna and Pollo, will make a move Downtown in 2015.
Foursome principals David Alter, Michael Gutfeld, Raffaele Mercuri and François Pereira will take over the old Boccacinos at 1251 McGill College with a third Enoteca Mozza Pizzeria Moderna sometime in the spring.
“This is a very exciting opportunity for us and our brand. It’s taken us three years to find the perfect location for us to expand,” reports management in a company statement. “We are excited to finally be able to bring our authentic Italian cuisine and award-winning wood fired pizzas to the downtown core.”

The wood fired oven will be the central focus of the 8,000 square foot establishment. It will feature a large bar area and separate dining areas spread over two floors, accommodating over 250 patrons, as well as an extensive 100-seat covered terrace. The open concept design will create a dynamic dining experience making Enoteca Mozza Pizzeria Moderna® the go-to place for a business lunch meeting, 5 à 7 cocktails, date night, or a casual evening with friends or family.
Vito Dachile of Enoteca Mozza Pizzeria Moderna in Laval took second place last week at the 2014 Canadian Pizza Chef of the Year competition in Toronto.
