Now officially open from the crew behind Burgundy Lion is Pub Bishop & Bagg. The restaurant soft launched on Friday with an English-inspired menu from chef Pelo Tsavoussis (Joe Beef, Blackstrap BBQ) and cocktails from Drahos Chytry.
For now, find dinner and drinks (the joint has a full bar licence) from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. Monday through Saturday, with lunch starting next Tuesday, March 3. Bishop & Bagg plans to open seven days a week by the middle of next month.
