The downtown restaurant is hiring for all sorts of front of house and kitchen positions, including "oyster shuckers, clam diggers, lobster cutters, busboys, waiters, executive chefs, sous chefs, acquitted chefs, therapists, new cooks, old cooks, short cooks, line cooks, box cooks, out of the box cooks, and, of course, the prized l'équipe des pamplemousses."
