It makes sense that Chris Cosentino has more than a few chef soul brothers and sisters in Montreal. Cooks in the city, after all, care less about his Food Network résumé and Top Chef Masters win than the fact that he has chops and boosts offal hard.
This makes the San Francisco chef and Wolverine sidekick persona very much grata in Montreal. And so the Incanto and Boccalone man made a return to the city this past weekend to reconnect with old pal Derek Dammann and nosh in style at Joe Beef, Le Vin Papillon, Maison Publique and Au Pied de Cochon. Oh and a Habs game at the Bell Centre.
