Caterer, food club, cocktail bar and, yes, restaurant Tripes & Caviar drops a new menu this week (and mural, see above). The succinct, cash-only carte is on offer from Wednesday to Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and sports poetic food blogger repellent (spoiler: keep your phone in your pocket).
But much more notably (and as per usual), epic off-cuts: hearts, tongues, heads, brains, sweetbreads and more. And, for those with nine hungry cohorts, minimum, a Gaspor piglet at $490 that comes with, natch, côte de boeuf, salmon head confit, quails, pdt purée and tomato salad.
