Delli-Cité Refurb Includes Charles-Antoine Crête

Photos: Facebook, Flickr

Fresh off his Omnivore keynote demo in Paris and a plum tv gig, Charles-Antoine Crête is set to collaborate on a new restaurant on the Main with Richard Holder and Olivier Farley (Bar Waverly). We knew this much in January but now we can confirm that the locale is indeed the old Delli-Cité at 4105 Saint-Laurent.

The moribund space will get a significant upgrade thanks to Jean-Pierre Viau (Brasserie T!, Laurie Raphaël, Segafredo, Jun i) and, presumably, owners Ruccolo + Faubert Architects.

Now, thanks to Sophie Ginoux of Voir, we know the name of the restaurant: Majestique. The restaurant's Facebook page - active since December 6, 2013 - offers a few hints at interiors and décor courtesy graphic designer Thomas Csano.
