Eater Young Guns is upon us, where we identify up-and-comers in the restaurant world, whether they work the line, the bar or the floor.
So far we have 850 names - but we want more.
The criteria: nominees must be under 30 and must be in the employ in the hospitality industry in the United States or Canada. Most importantly, they must show extraordinary promise.

Then, we will convene the Young Guns committee with industry titans in markets across the country. And in the name of transparency, the entire process, from soup to nuts, will be in full view in this space. In June, we will unfurl and fête the 2014 class at a gala event.
