EVOO hopes to win $10,000 from payroll provider ADP as part of a Canada-wide small business grant contest. The Saint-Henri restaurant's entreaty lists challenges such as "struggles to reach customers" because of a locale on a "not yet crowded commercial street" and "a very competitive and changing market."
