Chicken and Waffles Come to the Village

Photo

Wayne Sellers and Caleb Koeppel, the businessmen who own the franchise rights to Five Guys in eastern Ontario and western Quebec, will soon replace the Village outpost of the burger shop with a Bawk Box. The relatively new, fast food, chicken and waffle concept first hit Laval last summer.

Sellers and Koeppel, both natives of New York state, have backgrounds in property development. Together they operate Bantam Restaurant Services in Montreal.

But more on Bawk Box.

BAWK BOX serves up fried chicken and fresh made waffles using all-natural ingredients. No preservatives. No fake stuff. Just delicious food you can feel good about. Our friendly staff will help you choose from our accompanying Signature Sauces, chips or slaw to complete your meal.
