Moishes and IGA launch a partnership today to offer aged beef from the 76-year-old steakhouse in grocery stores across Quebec. The Main icon and supermarket chain will make it official tonight with a media event at Moishes.

Essentially, we are packaging two types of steak, New York strip and a boneless rib [see photo]. It is exactly the same quality steaks that we serve at the restaurant, individually vacuum-packed. They are aged a minimum of 30 days and will be in all IGA stores throughout Quebec.
