After yet another snub for Canada from San Pellegrino and "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" yesterday, eminent Vancouver chef David Hawksworth took to Twitter to vent his ire. A few snipes in - "Ever heard of Canada? Just north of the USA. It's on all the maps. Let us know if you can't find it, we can help." - and Hawksworth was summarily blocked by @TheWorlds50Best.
