This is What a YOLO Menu in Laval Looks Like

YOLO is a new restaurant in Laval on, natch, the swanky boulevard Saint-Martin strip. It takes balls to call your establishment YOLO (fun fact: a restaurant in Fort Lauderdale owns the trademark to the term) but it takes even bigger stones, arguably, to pepper your menu with the likes of coconut shrimp, cheese puffs and Cobb salads and call it gangsta.

YOLO will try to score a hit where a defunct Homard Plus fell miserably flat and cater to Laval's edgy youth demographic in the process. Consider the "YOLO Salad," for one, with grilled chicken, arugula, goat's cheese, beats [sic], walnuts and raspberry dressing.

Maybe you like a good sandwich. Try the "YOLO Sub" with steak, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato and the baller house vinaigrette. The "YOLO Pizza" comes with spinach, goat cheese, mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes, olive oil. Because you only live once.
