Screencap: Google Maps

LITTLE ITALY— CTV reports that "Molotov cocktails were thrown inside the front of a pizzeria in Little Italy early Sunday." The pizzeria in question is Motta, which La Presse reports has links to the late Montreal mob boss Moreno Gallo. [CTV]

LITTLE ITALY— From arson to blackouts. It seems a few Little Italy restaurants and cafés were in the dark today, namely Inferno and Caffe San Simeon. [Facebook]

SAINT-HENRI— New kid on the Notre-Dame Ouest block, Henri Saint-Henri, looks just about set to open. [Facebook]

DOWNTOWN— New Downtown pub Moose Bawr may have been late to open but chose a good time - the NHL playoffs - to do it. [Facebook]

PLATEAU— Le Sieur d'Iberville, the new tavern from Stephen Leslie (Monkland Tavern, Tavern on the Square) and co., is weeks away from first service. [Facebook]

LITTLE BURGUNDY— Patrice Pâtissier sold a shit ton of éclairs over the weekend. The pastry shop cum wine bar also has a few spots left for a seminar on vino from Argentina. [Facebook/Twitter]
