Ambassade Boris and a Pizzédélic have made way for Cinko up the street from Théâtre Saint-Denis. Ostensibly a modern twist on the casse-croûte, Cinko will serve comfort fare for a flat price: $5. Because cinco.

Using fresh seasonal products and the influence of cuisines from all over the world, we offer multiple dishes and comforting flavours for all tastes. Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, our opening hours allow you to have a snack before or after your classes or your cultural, urban and festival outings.

You will be surprised by our prompt and courteous service as well as our vibrant and wacky décor featuring graffiti signed by Jessie Armand and complemented by the technique of colour blocking and the Pop art movement popularized by Andy Warhol in the 50s.

Principals in the new restaurant include Patryck Bernier, who runs "action sports marketing and event management agency" Dizzle Inc. Cinko will hold a "media" event on June 19 and will open to the public the next day at 11:00 a.m.
