SAINT-HENRI— The Saint-Henri food and drink scene welcomes a hot newcomer this week in the form of Henri Saint-Henri. A group of vets front the playful ode to casual, Eastern Seaboard cuisine. Chefs Julien Messier Cousineau (Quai Roulant) and James Rainville (Monsieur Smith, Brasserie Rachel Rachel) helm the kitchen and the sommelier is Charles Landreville.
