Stephen Leslie tells Eater Montreal today that his new spot, Le Sieur d'Iberville, will open shortly. The chef co-owner plans to tinker with the menu some more and reports that it has been difficult, thusfar, to find capable front of house and kitchen staff for the brasserie du coin on Mont-Royal Est and d'Iberville.
