Your First Look at Le Slang on Monkland

A spokesperson for Le Slang LABOaMANGER tells Eater Montreal that the sleek new restaurant and cocktail emporium in Monkland Village plans to open this Wednesday. Some of the principals include:

· Robert Sigler, founder of THINaddictives and president of V.I.S. Inc., a food production company.
· Shawn Dascal, chef and co-owner of Moonshine BBQ. A spokesperson for Moonshine controverts rumors that the restaurant on Décarie has links with Le Slang, however.
· Brynley Leach, a bartender whom one Montreal chef, Dan Geltner, refers to as "one of the best in Canada." Sigler: "The infamous Brynley Leach leads our bar along with some other molecular lunatics."
