The kitchen crew includes Brian Peters (Café Sardine), Robert Kaniak, Élyssa-Ann Tanguay (Arts Café) and Charles-Antoine Malenfant Beaulieu (Chez L'Épicier). Ryan Gray (Nora Gray) and Cassady Sniatowsky (Norman Hardie Winery, Kaizen) are responsible for the small producer-centric wine program, which skews natural and biodynamic.
