Soda Wire

Jess Messer, the intrepid purveyor of Savouré, the artisanal line of sodas, jams and pickles popular with Montreal food trucks and restaurants, tells Eater Montreal that a move back to Vermont is on the horizon. While unsure what the future holds for Savouré, Messer reports that her customers, which include the likes of Dépanneur le Pick Up, Bar Alexandraplatz, SAT Foodlab and Patrice Pâtissier, have shown uncommon loyalty and patience. One possible scenario: a partnership with 5505 Casgrain neighbours Hannah Palmer and Alexandrine Lemaire, of 3/4 oz. Tonic Maison. [Wire]
