Jargo chophouse & mixologie, the multi-faceted breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, 5 à 7 and nightclub inside Hotel 10, is now open. Principals include Fabio Broccoli (of Fab Boss, the company behind Lobster Clam Jam, Yelloweek Veuve Clicquot et al.), Billy Alfonso (Fab Boss) and Alain Readman Valiquette (former food and beverage director at the Opus, pre-Hotel 10). The chef is Hotel 10 veteran Niko Karagiannakis.
The restaurant will seek to bolster what had been, up to now, a relatively anemic food and beverage scene for a hotel that overlooks a keystone intersection of Montreal.
