Behold, the full scoop on the next Paris Pop-up events in Quebec from Harry Cummins and Laura Vidal, in tandem with Vins de Provence.

Quebec City: Tuesday, September 9, at Le Bouchon du Pied Bleu
Montreal: Friday, September 12, at Pub Sir Joseph

Both events will run six courses, with wines from Provence, and cost $90 per person (sans ticket fee, tax, tip). Vidal asks that prospective diners include the number of people in attendance, as well as the date, city and hour of preference (6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.). Contact theparispopup(at)gmail(dot)com for more intel.

As for what to expect, this excerpt from the Paris Pop-up site and subsequent video sums it up nicely.

Expect to eat creative food prepared by Harry who is passionate about local sourcing and about bringing a "bistronomic" approach to the cuisine. As well, the service is meant to be professional without being stuffy. A passion for wine resounds in all our events and Laura loves exchanging and talking about your experiences as well.
