Family and regular customers alike pay tribute to the late Bill Wong in a profile by CTV Montreal reporter Nadine Ishak. The Chinese buffet pioneer, who recently passed away at the age of 93, ran his eponymous restaurant on Decarie from 1962 to 2006. Son Earl Wong told The Gazette at the time that his father "was the first one to open a Chinese restaurant outside Chinatown" and that "it was tough for me to tell him [it was time to close for good]. I don't think he's happy about it, but I guess he understands." [CTV]
