Ta pies et supérette, Montreal's first name in Australian and New Zealand style meat pies, recently closed their second location in N.D.G.
Co-owner and chef Don Hudson explains why:
Unfortunately we have decided to close our Monkland store. The high overheads and extra workload of running two stores have made it unviable for us and we have therefore decided to focus our energies on upgrading our Parc avenue store which continues to prosper and grow, and also refitting and improving our food truck which has really exceeded our expectations this summer.
