Ryu Intros Pop-Up Mondays Next Week

Ryu will introduce pop-up menus from guest chefs every Monday, as of next week. The Japanese-style tapas restaurant from David Dayan will first welcome Thai maestro Jesse Mulder, of Chak Wow fame, on Monday, September 22.

The development comes in the wake of a complete revamp for the Mile End spot, from the kitchen and front of house staff to the food menu and cocktail, wine and sake program.
