Sumac, the brainchild of David Bloom and chef Raquel Zagury, late of Prohibition on Monkland, looks set to open very soon. On the menu: fresh-to-order falafel, shawarma, salads, hummus and other spreads
The restaurant's kitchen has new shelves, as of late last week, and cooks have been engaged over the past month.
