The huge YUL-EAT street food blowout takes over the Olympic Park Esplanade this weekend with a convoy of food trucks and myriad special events.
One notable free event is the "Paroles de Pros" on Saturday, September 6; a series of mini-conferences, talks and culinary demos.

11:30 a.m. : A video presentation on the hazards of overfishing by biologist Jean Lemire
11:50 p.m. : Alexandra Diaz and Geneviève O'Gleman of Cuisine futée, parents pressés on Télé-Québec
12:20 p.m. : Patrice Plante, chef and mixologist at l'Atelier, Tartares et Cocktails in Quebec City

YUL-EAT gets underway at the Olympic Park Esplanade today at 4:00 p.m. with the First Fridays food truck tailgate - close to four dozen food truck operators will be on site until 11:00 p.m. Saturday's lineup of events kick off at 10:00 a.m.
