Laurea Chef Hakim Chajar Wins Les Chefs!

Hakim Chajar won Les Chefs!: La Revanche yesterday, two seasons removed from a second place finish on the popular culinary competition show on Radio-Canada.

The chef at Laurea, whose résumé includes stints at Meadowood, Can Fabes, Maison Troisgros and, in Montreal, Ariel, Otto and 357c, took home the ultimate prize over Isabelle Deschamps-Plante (47e Parallèle, Quebec City) and Jonathan Rassi, a sous-chef at Park.
