Grenouille May Bounce Back in the Plateau Soon

Richard Holder will join forces with brother Denis Holder to reboot Grenouille in the Plateau.

So reported Daniel Lacombe, of restaurant supply company Eco-Logixx and the Arsenal art gallery, in a recent interview about his struggles to keep Foyer afloat. Lacombe is a majority partner in the Saint-Henri restaurant with Richard Holder.

Denis Holder was a partner in the original Grenouille. When asked for specifics, Lacombe could not confirm whether the reboot of the troubled bistro will keep the same name and concept. He only offered that Richard Holder was involved with the makeover of the space.

All told, the Holder family also owns Holder in Old Montreal, Brasserie Bernard, Majestique and Bar Waverly.
