Hugo Leon de Gante, a young cook who has spent the last two years at critical darling Mezcla in the Village under chef Marcel Olivier Larrea, will soon head west to open his own restaurant.
Guaca & Molé will serve authentic Mexican cuisine and will be located in Pointe-Claire. The plan is to open sometime in late April or May.
