Wine merchant La QV, at 29 Beaubien Est, will not open a new restaurant with chef Simon Mathys in the kitchen after all, reports owner Cyril Kérébel.
"Pas d'ouverture finalement. Problème de permit avec la ville."
When asked to expand, Kérébel added that "les travaux sont trop lourd et compliqué avec la ville pour l'installation d'une hotte."
