When Le Vin Papillon announced it was about to double in size earlier this year, Dave McMillan said the wine bar would definitely open days. Joe Beef's no reservations wine bar did just that today, and will henceforth open every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for lunch. Here's this week's menu, courtesy chef Marc-Olivier Frappier.
